Built an automated lead assignment engine that captures and routes leads from website forms and Meta (Facebook) ad campaigns based on configurable auto-assignment rules. Designed a department-wise role hierarchy with granular RBAC, including User Management and Role Management modules, ensuring complete tenant-level data isolation and module-level access control across all user levels. Implemented real-time notifications using Socket.IO and integrated SendGrid for automated email workflows via a dedicated Email Center module.
